If the case requires a hearing or trial, the client will meet with the attorney to prepare witnesses, documentary evidence, and make sure the client understands the legal theory of their case. For immigration interviews, the documents needed for the interview will be provided to the office under an attorney's direction. The client will meet with the attorney to prepare for the interview. On the day of the interview, the attorney will meet with the client at the interview site, attend the interview with the client and act as an advocate for the client.
After a case is completed, a letter advising the client of that fact will be sent along with information about potential future issues to consider.
